Alliance Title Services began current operations in 1996.  
Since then our name has changed from Assurance Title of Norman, Inc. to the current Alliance Title Services. The owner and company President, Brenda Wyatt, has extensive experience in both financial and real estate industries.

Alliance Title is licensed with The Oklahoma State Insurance Department and complies with all state guidelines regulating our industry. Since inception Alliance Title Services has passed all audits by both the State Insurance Department and title insurance underwriters.

Alliance Title closed more than 500 transactions in 2000 and projections based on industry trends show continued growth and success. Our current staff consists of five full-time employees, all whom are members of; The Norman Board of Realtors, Norman Chamber of Commerce and The Norman Builders Association.

We are a complete Title Services Company.
